Terms of Sale

Last updated: 24 June 2026. These terms govern your purchase of digital products from 4Luts.

1. Who you are buying from

The brand "4Luts" is operated by Maciej Gałązka, an individual based in Poland, ul. Michaliny Szczepankowskiej 27, 05-300 Mińsk Mazowiecki, Poland. Contact: 4luts.contact@gmail.com.

Payment, invoicing, tax collection and file delivery are handled by our Merchant of Record (MoR), Lemon Squeezy. When you check out, your purchase contract for the transaction is concluded with the Merchant of Record, who is the seller of record, collects and remits VAT, and issues your invoice. 4Luts is the creator and licensor of the products; you do not need to know our tax registration because the seller of record handles it.

2. The product & what you get

"Vibe Pack vol.1" is a digital download containing 4 cinematic LUTs, 13 camera conversion LUTs (Log to Rec.709), two film-grain files and a step-by-step install guide, delivered as a single .zip. After purchase you receive an instant download link by email.

3. Licence

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the files in your own personal and commercial video/photo projects (including monetised content and paid client work). You may not resell, share, redistribute or repackage the files themselves, or include them in another product. Full terms are in the LICENSE.txt included with the download. The files remain the intellectual property of 4Luts.

4. Price, currency and VAT

Prices are shown in EUR. Applicable VAT/sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your country and is collected and remitted by our Merchant of Record (VAT OSS within the EU and equivalent schemes elsewhere). The Merchant of Record issues your invoice.

5. Delivery

The product is delivered digitally and immediately: a download link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. No physical item is shipped.

6. Right of withdrawal & refunds

Digital content, immediate delivery. Because the product is digital content delivered immediately, you will be asked at checkout to consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that, once the download begins, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law and the Polish Consumer Rights Act. Giving this consent is required to receive the files instantly.

Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee. Separately, and going beyond your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary guarantee: if the pack is not for you, email 4luts.contact@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. This is a commercial promise from 4Luts and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

7. Complaints (reklamacje)

If a file does not work or is faulty, email 4luts.contact@gmail.com with your order details. We aim to respond within 14 days. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Liability

The products are provided "as is" for creative use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law and applicable EU law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the country in which you reside.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
